1) Product selection:
Please select the advertising object you want from the menu. A search bar at the top can help you if need be, in this case you just have to write the searched object.
2) Selection of color and quantity:
On the right of the image you have a field to fill the desired color and quantity. The price is decreasing depending on the quantity ordered.
3) Choice of marking:
You have the possibility to choose the number of colors of your logo as well as the position of the impression on the product. You can choose multiple print positions if you want.
4) Realize and validate the visual:
You will be able to realize the personalization of your promotional product directly on our site during your order.
First you have to upload your vectorized logo via the field provided for this purpose "Upload your logo". The logo must be placed in the defined part and delimited for the marking.
Be careful, some details if they are too small will not appear clearly on small objects. The quality of the print depends greatly on the quality of the logo. It is for this reason that we strongly advise to use a vector logo.
Once you have validated your visual and your order, a graphic designer from our team will examine your visual and the rendering on the advertising object so that you are always satisfied with the final result.
In the case where the visual is not convincing you will be immediately contacted by our customer service to make with you the changes.
Once the order has been placed, the visuals can also be done with our graphic designers if you wish.
5) The payment:
-The online payment: You can pay on our site at the end of the order process via your credit card. Our site is protected and payments are fully secure. You can check it with the certificate htts, found at the beginning of our URL
-The payment by transfer: You can pay by bank transfer, this option is to be selected at the end of the ordering process. Following your payment selection a confirmation email is sent to you with the various information related to your order and transfer instructions.
6) The delivery time:
You have the option of choosing the date of delivery when placing your order.
The delivery time varies depending on the selected advertising object and the number of pieces desired. If you opt for a standard product and a simple print the delivery time is usually between 12 days and 20 working days.
There is also a way to be delivered faster, in less than 12 days, but for that you will need a supplement.
We can also arrange several delivery points, but this must be confirmed with the sales department beforehand.
