At the top right of the screen you have YOUR ACCOUNT, just click on it and registration will be offered. Follow the instructions to complete your registration.
Who's in my account ?
In your account you can find your requests for quotes, your orders, your invoices and the visuals made.
How to pay online ?
At the end of your order you must select payment by credit card. You will therefore have to follow the indicated instructions. An email confirming receipt of payment will be sent immediately.
Where can I find my bill ?
Your bill is in your account. Click on the top right of the screen on MY COUNT.
How to contact you ?

Can I pay by transfer ?
You can pay by bank transfer. Simply select this option at the end of your order when choosing your method of payment.
What does the price include ?
The price offered is inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), it includes the marking if selected with the product, the transport to your premises as well as the various possible taxes.

How do I play the guarantee in case of poor workmanship?
An email must be sent to us on info@promo-gift.eu explaining the reason. Products must be returned to us within 7 days at our warehouses.
Where to store promotional pens ?
We advise you to keep the promotional pens in a place that is neither too cold nor too hot. This in order not to dry the ink of the advertising pen.
Is there an express delivery ?
We offer an express service in less than 10 days but you must have an extra charge. This must be validated in writing in advance with our customer service.
How to make a complaint ?
You can send us an email to info@promo-gift.eu with the details of the complaint and the photos.
How is the transport ?
The transport is carried out by DHL or GLS, which offers a quality express service and online tracking of delivery.

Yes, our sourcing service is looking for you, the desired advertising object.
To do this, we need a picture of the product, the quantity and the desired marking.
