Terms of Sales

GENERAL

These general conditions apply to all offers and orders, as well as to all contracts by which a buyer charges Hello Invest to manufacture and / or supply products and / or services. Any other condition mentioned on the correspondence or any other document issued by the buyer is not opposable to Hello Invest. In case of dispute, only these conditions are valid.

OFFER

All quotes, offers, quotes, quotes and budget estimates are not binding. Orders placed by telephone are deemed to have been made by email. Hello Invest reserves the right to make unilateral changes to the goods and / or packaging ordered if compliance with the standards legislation is required. The costs arising from these modifications are the responsibility of the buyer.

PRICE

The prices of our goods are always free of taxes, leaving Brussels. Prices can be changed during the order process. Hello Invest must inform the customer before any firm order.

ORDERS

All orders must be written by the customer, with acknowledgment of receipt of Hello Invest. We can not accept orders of less than: 200 € H.T. net price products, excluding technical costs, marking, shipping and packaging.

DELIVERIES

Delivery times are given as an indication, a delay could in no case cause the cancellation of the order, the refusal of the goods or a claim for damages and interest. The goods shipped travel at the risk of the recipient. It is recommended not to accept an unreserved package or to have checked the contents. In case of dispute, please mention the damage or missing on the carrier's receipt and confirm your reservations within 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the carrier, with a copy sent to Hello Invest.

CLAIMS

Our goods are sold firm. To be admitted, any complaint must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

For markings, slight differences in colors, sizes, marking, are tolerated by the uses of our profession and can not give rise to any claim. The logos and files to pre loaded on the USB sticks must be delivered to the order. If all the data are handed over to Hello Invest with additional delay, it will be at the risk of the customer.

REGULATION

We ask for 100% of the payment when the order is confirmed.

The amount can be directly paid by credit card via our online shop or by bank transfer thereafter.

The order is entered in the production schedule only after receipt of the transfer.
